Time to Prepare!
It's only just over 5 weeks now until we change our clocks to summertime....a time when we will spend more time outdoors and possibly do more sport or some sporting challenges we have set ourselves. Lydia and I will be doing our very first swim run event in France in June where we will attempt to swim 2 kms and run 15 kms across rough and sandy terrain. In order to be best prepared for such an event much training is needed, but we can't forget stretching and being as supple as we can be to prevent any injuries.
