Lydia Armitage
OSTEOPATH / SHOCKWAVE THERAPY / DRY NEEDLING/ SPORTS MASSAGE
Lydia qualified after four years of study at the renowned European School of Osteopathy in Kent. She has a strong sporting background, having first studied Exercise and Sport Science at The University of Exeter, where she earned a BSc with honours.
As a qualified tennis coach and ski instructor, Lydia has a deep understanding of the physical demands of sport, exercise, and everyday life. She takes a dynamic and versatile approach to treatment, using both structural and cranial techniques to treat a wide variety of patients.
Lydia enjoys working with all types of patients and has a particular interest in treating athletes, children, and expectant mothers. Her final-year dissertation focused on treating lower back and pelvic girdle pain during pregnancy.
With a passion for health, Lydia believes in optimising the body's functioning and works with patients to develop tailored treatment plans for the best results.
Having attended City of London Freemen's School in Ashtead, Lydia is excited to return to the area to practice her chosen career.
