Tracy Slater

Tracey Slater, our acupuncturist, graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Acupuncture in 2008. She customises treatments to encourage the body’s self-healing process, enhancing physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. Treatments may include acupuncture, moxibustion, and cupping.

Specialising in women's health, Tracey treats a variety of conditions, including pain from sports injuries, back, neck, and knee pain, sciatica, and arthritis. She also helps with digestive disorders such as IBS, bloating, and constipation, as well as stress, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. Tracey has expertise in menstrual and menopausal disorders, including PMT, hot flushes, and endometriosis, and provides fertility support, including for IVF. Other conditions she treats include headaches, migraines, skin issues like eczema and acne, and insomnia or chronic fatigue.

Tracey also offers Cosmetic Acupuncture, a natural alternative to injections and fillers, with many seeing marked results after one treatment. Cupping therapy improves blood flow, reduces inflammation, and helps with muscle tightness and respiratory issues.

Additionally, Tracey provides therapeutic massage and Shockwave Therapy. A member of the Federation of Holistic Therapies (FHT), she regularly attends CPD courses and maintains high standards of professionalism and empathy.
